Can I return my order?

Yes ! You can always return parts you ordered no matter what reason. Be aware that with BartsParts you have an extended cooling off period of 30 days to return your goods. After that period, no returns can be accepted

We have identified three reasons for return:

  • Wrong item received: If other partnumbers are supplied than ordered,
  • Parts damaged, defect or incomplete: Damaged during transport, just not working or incomplete.
  • Other reasons: You just do not need them anymore or changed your mind.

Depending on the reason we have different refund policies.

Missing items

To claim missing items, please use our RMA (Return Material Authorization) form.

If possible we will (re)send you the missing items, but we can always decide to grant you a refund.

We always have the right to start an investigation to find out the reason behind it. We expect our customers to cooperate in such an investigation.

Damaged, broken or defect items

To claim damaged (broken or defect) items, please use our RMA (Return Material Authorization) form. Where feasible, please upload pictures of the damages as well.

If possible we will (re)send you a replacement for the damaged items, but we can always decide to grant you a refund.In case of a refund, we will only refund shipping charges if the complete order was claimed for damages.

We always have right to start an investigation on the defect to find out the reason behind it. We expect our customers to cooperate in such investigation.

Refunds for consumer customers

Our refund policy depends on the reason for return:

  • No longer needed: You have to return the goods to us at your own costs. Full refund will be made on the parts value. A refund on shipping charges will only be paid if the total order is returned.
  • Wrong parts: If you received other parts than ordered, we will send you the right parts if still available (at a reasonable price), but we can always decide to refund the parts value. BartsParts will send you the instructions for the return and take care of the shipping costs.
  • Parts broken, defect or incomplete: we will send you replacement parts if still available (at a reasonable price), but we can always decide to refund the parts value. BartsParts will send you the instructions for the return and take care of the shipping costs.

Our refund policy depends on the reason for return:

  • No longer needed: You have to return the goods to us at your own costs. BartsParts will refund the total value of the parts returned minus 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Wrong parts: If you received other parts than ordered, we will send you the right parts if still available (at a reasonable price), but we can always decide to refund the parts value. BartsParts will send you the instructions for the return and take care of the shipping costs.
  • Parts broken, defect or incomplete: we will send you replacement parts if still available (at a reasonable price), but we can always decide to refund the parts value. BartsParts will send you the instructions for the return and take care of the shipping costs.

Return policy

The dealers offering their parts at our platform set the price they are willing to sell at. BartsParts adds a fee up to this price and this makes your price.

  • Parts can always be returned in any case
  • Refunds depend on type of customer (consumer or business) and reason of return.
  • Goods have to be returned in original packaging (if possible), safely packed and may not be used.
  • Only returns requested for by our RMA (Return Material Authorization) form will be taken into process.
  • Costs for return shipments without any approval from our side will never be refunded. Instead, please use our RMA form.
