While closing 2019 and working on our ambitious goals for 2020, I wanted to look back at the highlights of the last 12 months and share the most important ones with you all.
2019 has been an extraordinary year for BartsParts. We have welcomed in BartsParts our first French, Polish and Italian dealers and we have strongly increased the number of partners in The Netherlands, Austria and Germany. As a result, we have successfully grown our dealer’s affiliations from 100 to over 550 and we have ended up the year with a total inventory value of 75 MEUR. The number of visitors and customers increases every day and the turnover increased by more than 200% in just one year.
The success of 2019 was achieved thanks to all you, our partners, and your cooperation and we would like to thank you for this. That is why the Dealer of the Year Award Program was initiated in 2018 as our way to say Thank You and encourage you all to keep on working for joint success. Through this award program, a select number of BartsParts connected dealerships are awarded for outstanding customer support and level of achieved revenue.
This year we did have many strong performers and the final decision was not easy to achieve. At the end, we decided to split the Award into the two most remarkable contenders. Thanks to all for making it so hard for us.

Both partners have strongly supported us with their stock accuracy and speed of reaction to all our requests. Wittrock also contributed to a fantastic article that was published in Eilbote magazine, which was the reason for many new dealers to engage with us.
We also want to award Special Mentions to the next top performers; both of them helped us with an extraordinary amount of new and complicated requests for new customers, at the same time that provided an excellent level of order fulfillment:

The Dealers of the Year will receive a complimentary “BartsKarts” voucher for 5 people to show their racing skills on the circuit.
The two special mentions will be granted a BartsBasket for the outlet team.

For this new year, we have some big milestones on our agenda, in order to achieve continuous growth. The dealer’s portal will be developed and offer you the opportunity to log in and directly upload your inventory. A new shop will be launched where customers will enjoy an improved user experience and driving increased traffic will be our priority, in order to achieve revenue growth. Of course, the goal of expanding our partners base to1500 registrationsby the end of the year will be achieved only by continuous growth into countries like Poland, France, Spain and Italy.
I sincerely hope that our service will increase your turnover, decrease obsolete stock levels and help you sell and find your parts.
