WE KEEP ON GROWING!!!!!!!!!!!!!. AND WE NEED TO SAY SORRY, ENTSCHULDIGUNG, PERDÓN, EXCUSE-MOIS, PARDON, SCUSA, ATSIPRAŠAU,…!

Since December 2018, many new dealers have reached out to us to get onboarded and our portfolio of different SKUs has, as a result, also grown 30%, compared to the same period, last year.

During the first quarter of 2019 we have received the same amount of orders as during the whole 2018.

With all new customers that joined BartsParts in these first months we are already shipping to over 40 different countries worldwide.

Our technical support team has no rest, with the amount of calls, chats and emails that we received everyday asking for new parts.

So, all in all, great news for BartsParts and our customers that are counting on our platform to get their machines running…..But growing is not always easy, and we recognize we are making mistakes while trying to structure the processes to achieve a healthy development.

Sorry, if you reached out to us with a request for a part and we did not get back to you on time, or not at all.

Sorry, if we were not fast enough to solve the issues of your specific order.

Sorry if we were not agile enough to update the inventory and the parts you wanted to buy were not available any more.

Sorry if we could not follow up on all logistic providers and it took longer than expected for you to receive your parts.

We reassure you that we will do our best to improve our processes and keep on delivering at the highest level of excellence we have always committed to. To cope with the growth, we are already increasing our Customer Support and Sales team and during next months, you will see the improvements. And yes, contact us with any suggestion.
